If they allow members to post links other than in their sigs, or if you are allowed to post pictures, wait until you have a presence in the forums and then share about "things you made (your t-shirt designs, etc.)." I try to make a habit of responding to a couple other people's post every time I post a sale... Once you've done this several times it's more acceptable to share about sales, but keep these few (unless it's a forum with a "Shopping Steals" or "Online Coupons" section, and then you can post a little more there). If you're active in a forum first, and it's not against any of the forum's rule, this isn't usually considered spam.
